Delivery Rates

To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rate options in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 1-3 working days with public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances, this can take longer, depending on the shipping option, location and payment option you chose.

 

P.O. Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.

 

 

Payment Options

On checkout you can either opt to pay by Credit Card, (shopify pay), including Visa, Mastercard, & American Express.) Transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped on the same or next work day. 

If you choose standard shipping and your address is a rural one, we will require you to pay the difference into our bank account before we can send the parcel.
