How do I make an order?
Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart, where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your payment details, to pay for your chosen items and enter your shipping details and any discount codes.
How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card?
When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your details safely.
How much does shipping cost?
Checkout has all the delivery options currently available including our standard nationwide rate of $9.50 and standard nationwide rural at $14.50. Local Metro Christchurch is only $7.50.
What if my order is wrong, lost or damaged?
We will always do our best to make sure our customers are happy. Please see check out our Terms, or contact us to discuss any problems directly. Please email Shane at hello@celltown.co.nz as we treat every enquiry different, depending on the situation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Celltown | Westinghouse Batteries accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout (Visa, Mastercard and American Express.)
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay & Shop Pay.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location within NZ.
How to return my items?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@celltown.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
